This website exists to link my anti-imperialist sculptures with my passion for Cuba. The profits of each sale go to a campaign I became familiar with last year, Cuba Vive, who provide crucial medical supplies, much needed due to the illegal blockade imposed by the U.S.A.
I’ve launched this site on the 28th of January, Jose Marti’s date of birth. To celebrate, the first piece you’ll find in my shop is a limited run bust of the Cuban national hero, a leading figure in the Cuban War of Independence against the Spanish, a poet, writer and political thinker- warning of the U.S domination of Latin America all the way back in 1895, his ideals and vision for a free Cuba became an inspiration in the 1953 revolution against the Batista regime.
Every piece here is carefully made by hand, by myself.
